Order acceptance is contingent to product availability, delivery locations, and delivery time. The order could be approved or rejected. π Delivery Attempts
There will only be one delivery attempt. Before selecting a delivery time, please make sure the receiver is available. A second effort will not be made, and the order will be canceled, if the receiver is not accessible when it is delivered. In this situation, there will be no reimbursement.
π³ Refund Process
Orders that are being processed within 48 hours of the delivery date will have their refunds paid to their Poirei.com wallet.
Within 15 working days, your payment method will get your refund.
π Address Requests for Changes
Address changes are only accepted for free up to 24 hours prior to delivery.
1οΈβ£ We charge Rs 200 if the address is altered within 24 hours of delivery.
2οΈβ£ If an address change request is not approved, the order will not be canceled or refunded.
π Pincode Requirements
It is the user’s obligation to enter the right pincode in the delivery address. The relevant delivery address should be mapped to the pin code. Occasionally, the address given does not match the local pin code.
The following situations occur if the pin code given in the address area is incorrect:
