Note: Refunds via wallet and bank may be made at the company’s discretion for exceptional cases such as natural disasters or unforeseen incidents. Customer claims cannot override this policy.
Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
Same-day delivery orders: No cancellations accepted if order date and delivery date are the same. No refund on cancellations or non-deliveries.
Same-day midnight delivery orders: Cannot be canceled.
Special day orders: Non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Same-Day Orders
Customers can select same-day delivery on their order date, but delivery on the same day is not guaranteed.
Same-day delivery orders are processed within 24 hours of the selected delivery time.
Poirei.com accepts same-day orders up to 5:00 PM for day and night delivery attempts, but delivery is attempted and not guaranteed.
Orders placed for midnight (00:00) to 7:00 PM delivery will be attempted the same day but are not guaranteed.
Important Notes for Courier Orders
Once an order containing courier items is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Delivery dates for courier items may change due to logistics or courier partner constraints.
Courier items are typically shipped within 2 days but may take longer depending on product preparation.
